By downloading or using Scan Pro ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Scan Pro on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store terms and these Terms.

2. Subscriptions & Purchases

• Scan Pro offers a free tier and optional Pro subscriptions (monthly and yearly) as well as a one-time Lifetime purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region and over time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Scan Pro only for lawful purposes and not to scan, store, or distribute content that infringes the rights of others or violates any applicable law.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the documents and images you create or import. Because the app is offline-first, your content is stored on your device. You are responsible for backing up and securing your own data.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that OCR, edge detection, or any feature will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of scanned or recognized content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
