Do I need an account?
No. Healnest works fully offline. There is no sign-up and your health data stays on your iPhone.
How do I back up or move my data to a new iPhone?
In Settings → Back up, save an encrypted copy to your own private iCloud, then use Restore on your new device.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Healnest, then change or cancel. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the paid period.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Healnest → Healnest Pro → Restore.
Is Healnest a medical device?
No. Healnest is a wellness app for general wellbeing. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. For any medical concern, please consult a healthcare professional.
